| We have secured a Senior Hairdresser - we are very excited to announce that we have hired a new hairdresser and she will be starting with us in January. Welcome LARA. Lara use to work in Eden and trained under Lynn at the well known 'Silver Scissors' hair salon until the salon closed early last year. We have had to say goodbye to one of our talented Beauty Therapists, Kamryn. She is off on new journies for her health and we will miss her. We want to welcome our Nail Tech, Danika to the team offering nail treatments on Thurdays and Fridays. Think Gels, Extensions, Shellac, Manicures, Pedis and soon, Acrylics. Congratulations to our senior Hairdresser Madi for the safe delivery of her second baby, a BOY, in January !!! | We do our best to shift our staff so that we can offer our clients out of normal working hours including afternoons and on weekends. Both salons are currently open two Saturdays a month and Thursday nights. _______ Body Piercing Currently unavailable as our therapist is on Maternity Leave.

Etiquettes & Courtesy
APPOINTMENTSFor us to be able to deliver an exceptional and personal service to you every time, we do ask that you arrive to your appointment at least 10 minutes early so we can run over any consultation cards and so that you are ready for your treatment when the therapist is ready. If you are late for your appointment and it impacts the results of the service (ie, a full head of foils, one hour facial or lash extensions), the appointment time may have to cut meaning shortening the service provided. If you are more than 10 mins late for a shorter appointment (15 mins is the length of our shortest appointment) the treatment will also have to be rescheduled and cancellation fee will be charged. Please call through to the salon if you know you are running late. We could use this time to amend our day to save your whole appointment. | CANCELLATIONSOut of courtesy to the salon, to other clients and to yourself, we respect that sometimes cancelling an appointment is out of the client’s hands, but we really appreciate 48hour notice for cancellatoins or changes to appointments. Any cancellations/changes within 24hrs of your appointment will be charged 100% of total treatment cost. For cancellations/changes within 48hrs of appointment the fee will be 50% of total treatment cost. Not showing up to an appointment (no-show) is sometimes a mishap in life however, we will have to ask that a no-show fee of 100% be paid for appointment. If we are able to fill the cancelled spot, the fee will be wavered. If you need to change or cancel your appointment please contact the salon on 0447554074.
