| We are currently working on our service menu with some services taking a change on how we perform it and how it may be booked. We are hoping to create a more streamline menu where all can understand what they are booking. Our new menu will take change on August 24th.
Welcome back EMILY. Our loved beauty therapist ! She has returned to SALT and into the treatment rooms. She is also offering a late appointments on Wednesday nights until 7pm.

Body Piercing NOW available to be booked online SERVICES with RUBY Ruby, our third-year Beauty Apprentice loves performing services on cliets. After assisting the senior therapists for her first year, she is very enthusiastic about being in the rooms and having her own services offered. She has her own menu under 'Ruby's Services' with many treatments at a lower price. |

APPOINTMENTSFor us to be able to deliver an exceptional and personal service to you every time, we do ask that you arrive to your appointment at least 10 minutes early so we can run over any consultation cards and so that you are ready for your treatment when the therapist is ready. If you are late for your appointment and it impacts the results of the service (ie, a full head of foils, one hour facial or lash extensions), the appointment time may have to cut meaning shortening the service provided. If you are more than 10 mins late for a shorter appointment (15 mins is the length of our shortest appointment) the treatment will also have to be rescheduled and cancellation fee will be charged. Please call through to the salon if you know you are running late. We could use this time to amend our day to save your whole appointment. | CANCELLATIONSOut of courtesy to the salon, to other clients and to yourself, we respect that sometimes cancelling an appointment is out of the client’s hands, but we really appreciate 48hour notice for cancellatoins or changes to appointments. Any cancellations/changes within 24hrs of your appointment will be charged 100% of total treatment cost. We really hate to act on this, however we will have to send out a cancellation invoice from June 2026. Not showing up to an appointment (no-show) is sometimes a mishap in life however, we will have to ask that a no-show fee of 100% be paid for appointment. If we are able to fill the cancelled spot, the fee will be wavered. If you need to change or cancel your appointment please contact the salon on 0447554074.
